Tuition and Financial Aid

Berks Catholic High School recognizes the sacrifices families make to provide a faith-based education and annually awards tuition assistance to families who qualify. A student must complete registration before their family can apply for financial aid at Berks Catholic High School. The PA Tax Credit Scholarship Program qualifies families with one dependent who earn an annual income of less than $136,483. For each additional dependent, the income threshold increases by $20,428. Awards are based on available funds and number of families who apply.

How to Apply

Payment Plans

TUITION PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS

When you agree to an STS Payment Plan Option, you agree to satisfy your financial obligation according to the terms you choose.

Option 1 — Annual Payment due July 2026 — No STS Fee

A 2% Pay-in-Full Discount off Basic Tuition will be reflected on your invoice.
If payment is not received by July 31, 2026, the discount is forfeited.
The 2% DISCOUNT IS NOT APPLICABLE TO FAMILIES RECEIVING FINANCIAL AID.

Option 2 — Semi-Annual Payments — $15.00 STS Fee

½ of Basic Tuition due in August 2026 and ½ due in January 2027.

Option 3 — Quarterly Payments — $30.00 STS Fee

¼ of Basic Tuition due in August 2026, November 2026, February 2027, May 2027.

Option 4 — 10 Monthly Payments — $45.00 STS Fee

Basic Tuition budgeted over 10 months beginning in August 2026 through May 2027.

529 PLANS CAN BE USED!

The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, which was signed into law in December 2017, allows families to use your 529 plans to pay for up to $10,000 in tuition expenses at elementary or secondary public, private or parochial schools. The changes became effective on January 1, 2018. To learn more about that please visit: savingforcollege.com.

Scrip Program

Families that participate in the SCRIP program receive direct credits to your Berks Catholic account. Berks Catholic does not use this program as a fundraiser, rather a means to aid our families.

Families can start purchasing scrip prior to enrollment at Berks Catholic to build up their credits.
