Campus Ministry
Welcome to Campus Ministry at Berks Catholic High School! Our department is committed to providing all Saints students with the opportunity for spiritual growth and reflection.
While attending Berks Catholic, our Saints will be given ample opportunities to participate in retreats, student-led liturgies, and Christian service. By immersing themselves in Campus Ministry, our Saints are answering their baptismal call to participate fully and actively in their Christian faith.
Saints students participate in the Christian Service program by completing grade specific Service Hours each academic year. The Campus Ministry office will offer numerous opportunities throughout the year for students to volunteer their time and talents on behalf of the Saints community. Christian Service is a cornerstone of the Saints' experience at Berks Catholic and all Saints are encouraged to be creative when selecting their service location.
The retreat program at Berks Catholic is also an integral component of each Saint's spiritual development. Each class participates in a retreat with specific themes and goals, with the junior and senior classes being given the option of attending KAIROS before graduating. Retreats are student-led and driven, with an emphasis on unity, integrity, and community. Often graduating seniors reflect on their retreat experiences as their most influential moments as Saints.
We invite all Saints to stop by Father Kuna's office or the Campus Ministry office and introduce themselves, as well as offer any suggestions they may have which might enhance their experience at Berks Catholic. It's always a great day to Be A Saint and we look forward to the upcoming year!
