Class Agents
Working closely with the Director of Alumni Relations, an Alumni Class Agent typically serves as a liaison between their alumni class and their alma mater, building excitement and providing outreach for Berks Catholic Alumni efforts. Here’s a general job description for this role:
Job Title: Alumni Class Agent
Purpose:
To maintain and enhance the connection between the alumni class and the institution by engaging in communication, fostering class spirit, and encouraging participation in alumni events, initiatives, and donations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Class Communication:
- Share key updates, events, and news with fellow alumni through various channels (emails, newsletters, social media, etc.).
- Gather and distribute information on class reunions, milestones, and alumni achievements.
- Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Foster a sense of community and connection among class members.
- Encourage alumni to participate in alumni events, such as reunions, networking gatherings, and other institutional activities.
- Reunion Planning & Coordination:
- Help plan and promote reunions and other events for the class.
- Serve as a volunteer during these events, assisting in coordination and outreach.
- Data Management:
- Assist in updating contact information for classmates to ensure the alumni office has accurate records.
- Assist in gathering feedback from classmates regarding their experiences, alumni programming, and future event ideas.

Time Commitment:
