John Foster, Berks Catholic Class of 2012 graduated from Duquesne University and will begin his Master 'sDegree in International Security & International Conflict Resolution at Tuft's University's Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy this Fall. Upon graduation John will become a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State serving overseas the U.S. Embassies.
